My purchase is not showing up

Open any locked item, then tap Restore Purchase on the unlock screen. Make sure the device is signed into the Apple ID that bought Farbound Complete. If a family member bought it, check that Family Sharing is on for purchases in Settings.

The Compass sky looks wrong

The Compass needs two things: your location and a calibrated compass. Grant location when asked, or pick your city by hand from the dock. If the sky drifts sideways, wave the phone in a figure eight for a few seconds; iOS recalibrates its magnetometer and the stars settle.

Narration will not play

Narration streams the first time you hear a page, so it needs a connection on first play. Check the mute switch and Silent Mode, then try a page you have not played before to rule out a stuck download.

How do refunds work?

Apple handles refunds for every App Store purchase. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase. We cannot see or influence Apple's decision, and no hard feelings either way.

Tell us. Accuracy is the product. Email the page name and the error, and if you are right we will fix it in the next update and thank you for it.
